   EE series of high-temperature dual discharge air cooler is mainly developed for the application of high-temperature cold storage of 10-20 °C, with the structure of air inlet at bottom and air outlet on both sides; it is mainly used for those large production cold storage with operators inside who are not suitable for direct air flow.
   This series of products has the following characteristics:
   1.Casing: High-quality galvanized steel plate sprayed with powder coating (silver gray RAL9006),with desirable corrosion resistance;the outer water plate is designed with hinged structure, which is convenient to operate;
   2.The side sheet of the heat exchanger is made of aluminum plate,which can effectively protect the copper tube and reduce the weight;
   3.Thermal insulation water plate design: The outer water plate is designed with a double-layer structure with thermal insulation to Prevents condensation and dripping from the water pan during operation at dew point conditions;
   4.It is equipped with air outlet deflector to avoid direct blowing of wind;
   5.Coil: φ12mm inner-grooved copper tubes are used, arranged in a triangular pattern,with higher heat transfer efficiency;
   6.Corrugated aluminum sheet made of hydrophilic aluminum foil is adopted, with the sheet spacing of 4.0mm;
   7.Fan: External rotor fan with blowing air; fan specifications: φ450 and φ500, product series of different specifications, giving users more choices;
   8.The IP65 waterproof junction box and waterproof connectors are used,with better waterproofing,which can lead to high reliability;
   9.The outlet of the air cooler is equipped with a needle valve, which is convenient for users to test the pressure;
   10.It is subjected to strict factory pressure test at the pressure of 23bar;
   11.The expansion valves and other parts can be pre-installed according to customer’s needs;
   12.It is compatible with R404A, R507A, R448A, R449A, R134a, R22 and other refrigerants.
